Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of NoTicket NYC (“the App”) provided by Pi Cubed, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
NoTicket NYC helps you remember parking restrictions using sign data and reminders. Street rules change; data may be incomplete or delayed. The App is an aid, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for complying with all parking laws and signs, and for moving your vehicle on time.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans are offered at $39.99 per year or $4.99 per month as shown in the App or on the App Store. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial where applicable. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow Apple’s subscription terms unless we specify otherwise in the App.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App: no reverse engineering to bypass security, no interference with other users or our systems, and no use that violates applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for parking tickets, fines, towing, or other losses arising from your use of or reliance on the App.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty U.S. dollars). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.
Changes
We may modify these terms or the App. We will post updated terms on this page and may provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.
