// The problem

You've done it before.

You parked. You walked away. You forgot. Then you came back to that yellow envelope under your wiper. It wasn't because you didn't care. It's because NYC parking signs are confusing, life is busy, and nobody has time to set a manual reminder every time they park.

Violation 21
$65
Street cleaning. The classic. The one you've definitely paid before.
Violation 38
$115
Failure to display meter receipt. Even though you swear you paid.
Violation 40
$115
Fire hydrant. The one that's painted out but technically still counts.

How does NoTicket know the sweeping rules without scanning the sign?+

We sync the official NYC Department of Transportation street sign dataset every week. Every block. Every rule. Already loaded on your phone before you park. The camera scan is just for edge cases like construction or filming signs.

Does it work in all five boroughs?+

Yes. The full NYC sign dataset covers Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island. If there's a parking sign in NYC, we know what it says.

What if I don't open the app right when I park?+

Open it whenever you remember. As long as you drop the pin before the next sweeping window, you're covered. We even warn you if the next restriction is dangerously close.

Does it drain my battery?+

No. We only use location when the app is open and you tap "I Just Parked." No background tracking. The database is fully on-device, so there's no constant network usage either.

Why a subscription instead of one-time?+

The NYC sign dataset changes constantly. New construction, new rules, new film permits. The subscription covers weekly data updates, server costs, and ongoing development. Plans are $39.99/year or $4.99/month (each with a 7-day free trial), still far less than one typical ticket.

When is Android coming?+

In development now. If you want early access, drop your email at the bottom of the page.

The next sweeping day is coming. Don't find out from a ticket.
